Tonight We Are is a Bakersfield CA based jam band that mixes all the genres of music imaginable to create a very unique sound. Some have called their sound the new Beach rock, some have called it the new Bakersfield sound. With influence from all the greats formulated in a way that is new and exciting. This sound comes from their rich musical history. The band formally started in 2021 but the members have been playing in other projects with each other for over 10 years. Soulful vocals, rock guitar, funk bass and drums from heaven, this sound is sure to leave you wanting more.
Their first studio release “Midnight Ministry” is a collection of songs written from the perspective of a soul going through the change of life and the realization that love is all there is.
